JOVEEN currently delivers to UK, European and international customers.

We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. Our delivery options are as follows:

UK Standard:

FREE for all orders over £75.00

Usually 2-4 working days to any UK address including Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

Allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

UK First Class Delivery: £4.99

Delivery the following working day for orders placed before 1 pm any working day.

UK Islands, Highlands, and remote areas may require 2 working days.

Europe: £9.95

Usually 4-9 working days. Allow up to 14 working days for delivery.

International: £25

Standard delivery only. Usually 7-14 working days. Allow up to 21 working days for delivery. Customs duties and local sales taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.


Our delivery service considers a parcel lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 7 working days for UK orders, 14 working days for orders to Europe and 21 working days for International orders. Though it is highly unlikely deliveries to take this amount of time, we are unable to provide a refund until this period of time has elapsed.

Joveen is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery.



For security reasons, deliveries may require a signature upon receipt of order. If you will not be at your usual address during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. If you are unable to sign for your parcel, you should receive a card with written information on where and when you should collect it. If you do not collect your parcel within a specified timeframe (usually 7 days or after 3 delivery attempts), the parcel will be returned to us and you will need to arrange with us for a new delivery and pay for the costs incurred in resending the parcel.


Full Delivery Terms

  1. We will process all orders within 1-4 working days. Where there is a delay in the supply of goods, we will advise you as soon as practicable. If the goods cannot be delivered within 28 days of your order, we will notify you of this delay and you may either cancel your order or agree a further delivery time with us.
  2. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted on your order form. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.
  3. We will deliver the goods following the delivery option selected by you during the order process. Any delivery time scales quoted to you are indicative only. Whilst we use only reputable delivery companies we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any thirds party.
  4. Please note that we will monitor every country’s delivery service, and should there be a problem in that country, we will inform the customer with some extra postal options.
