JOVEEN – Shipping & Delivery Policy

At JOVEEN, we aim to provide a reliable and efficient delivery service so your skincare products arrive safely and promptly.

We work with trusted postal and courier partners to ensure your order is handled with care from dispatch to delivery.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

During busy periods or promotional events, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

2–4 working days

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery depending on your location and postal service conditions.

UK Express Delivery

£4.99

Estimated delivery time:
Next working day for orders placed before 1pm

Please note that deliveries to UK Islands, Highlands, and remote areas may require an additional day.

Europe Delivery

Flat rate: £9.95

Estimated delivery time:
4–9 working days

Please allow up to 14 working days depending on the destination country and customs processing.

International Delivery

Flat rate: £23.99

Estimated delivery time:
7–14 working days

Please allow up to 21 working days depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Please note:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not controlled by Joveen.

Delivery Address

Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Please ensure that your address details are complete and accurate, as Joveen cannot be responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect delivery information.

We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Signature on Delivery

For security reasons, some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.

If you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier may leave a delivery notice with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel.

If the parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, additional delivery charges may apply to resend the order.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

Although delays are rare, parcels may occasionally take longer than expected.

A parcel is considered lost after the following periods:

  • 7 working days for UK deliveries

  • 14 working days for European deliveries

  • 21 working days for international deliveries

If your parcel has not arrived within these timeframes, please contact our customer care team and we will investigate the issue with the courier.
