JOVEEN – Returns & Refund Policy

At JOVEEN, we take great care to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition. As a trusted retailer of professional and clinical-grade skincare, we are committed to providing a high standard of service while maintaining strict hygiene and product safety standards.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 28 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
• The product is unused and unopened
• The item remains in its original packaging
• The product is in resalable condition
• The return request is made within 28 days of receiving your order
Once your return request has been approved, the item must be returned within 7 days of authorisation.
Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we are unable to accept returns of items that have been opened, used, or tampered with, unless the item is faulty.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer care team with the following details:

• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for return

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
Please do not send items back without prior authorisation.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
• Opened or used skincare products
• Cosmetic products that have been unsealed
• Beauty boxes or promotional bundles
• Gift cards or digital products
These policies help ensure that all products sold by Joveen remain safe, hygienic, and authentic for every customer.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
We take great care when packing your order. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Photographs of the item and packaging
Our customer care team will review the issue promptly and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend returning items using a tracked delivery service, as Joveen cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
Please note:
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider
Order Cancellation (Consumer Rights)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To exercise this right, please notify us by email before returning the product.
Please note that this cancellation right does not apply to sealed goods that have been opened after delivery where hygiene protection would be compromised, including skincare and cosmetic products.
