Cebelia Eye Brightening helps diminish pigmented eye circles and even skin tone. It regulates melanogenesis at different levels and is recommended for hyperpigmentation (brown/black colour), brown spots and an uneven complexion around the eye contour. The applicator tip provides a cooling effect on application.

High Tolerance
Formulated without AHA or natural fruit acids, which can irritate the delicate eye contour. Its pH (around 5.1) sits close to skin's natural pH (5.5), and it has been evaluated for skin compatibility under a 48-hour semi-occlusive bandage test.
How to Use
Apply twice daily using gentle, circular movements on cleansed skin (avoiding contact with eyes) for a minimum of 2 months. Use a sun cream (SPF30+) during the day. Suitable for all skin types and tones, including sensitive skin.
